They were so good! I found that they took an extra 15 minutes to cook beyond 35 minutes with 2 lbs of fingerling potatoes. I didn’t use chives because I didn’t have them in the house and the seasoning was amazing. My kid’s and husband loved them too and they are super picky eaters. I’ll definitely be adding these to the rotation. If I could add a picture here I would.5 stars
