Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth, adding more milk as needed to thin if you used mostly frozen fruit.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
Feel free to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or collagen peptides for a little protein boost.
If you prefer smoothies really thick, you can start with a bit less milk, especially since the oranges and cantaloupe contain so much water as is.
